About Me

Since I was a kid, I've been captivated by the ability of games to transport players into other worlds. Games and interactive experiences were a core, formative part of my childhood, and I want to give back to the space by creating experiences that can have a similar impact on others.

I studied Computer Science and graduated in 2013. Since then, I’ve spent nearly a decade building my craft in web and mobile development environments, primarily as a Software QA Engineer. During that time, I worked on several widely used SaaS systems where success depended on reliable code and a strong user experience. My role focused on ensuring quality through rigorous testing, process improvement, and a user-first mindset.

Over time, I found myself wanting to take this a step further by moving beyond validating experiences to directly designing and building them. In 2022, I took that leap and pursued a degree in Games, Interactive Media, and Mobile Technology. Four years later, I’m preparing to turn those skills, along with my technical background and UX-focused perspective, into a full-time career in game development.

Across both my professional work and education, I’ve emphasized user-focused approaches. This includes manual and automated testing, shift-left quality practices, accessibility considerations, and iterative UX/UI refinement driven by feedback and observation.

Looking ahead, my goal is to design interactive experiences that people genuinely enjoy—experiences that feel intuitive, engaging, and thoughtfully crafted, and that resonate with players in the same way games resonated with me growing up. I’m continuing to expand my skills in gameplay design and narrative development while refining how I create fun, meaningful experiences.

If any of this aligns with what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect. Thanks for stopping by!
